Booking Policy – Advance Reservation Requirement
To guarantee vehicle and chauffeur availability and to ensure a seamless experience, all bookings must be made at least 1 hour in advance. While we will make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests, any booking made with less than one hour’s notice is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All fares quoted on the Site or via phone are estimates. Final charges are calculated based on the actual route taken, time, and any additional services.
Tax Implementation: All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including HST). The final invoice will include all mandatory government taxes and fees.
Waiting Charges: A waiting time fee will be applied after an initial complimentary grace period (e.g., 15 minutes for airport and business arrivals, 5 minutes for other pickups). This fee compensates for the delayed time of the chauffeur and vehicle.
Cross-Border Charges: Travel outside of Canada (e.g., to the USA) is subject to cross-border rates, which include additional fees for the chauffeur’s waiting time at customs and border documentation processing. A valid passport is required for all passengers for cross-border trips.
Fleet Insurance & Liability
For your safety and peace of mind, our entire fleet is fully licensed and commercially insured as required by the Province of Ontario. A copy of our insurance certificate can be provided upon request for verified bookings. Toronto Limo Taxi, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, and border crossing delays.

Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete pickup, destination, and flight information.
Being ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid waiting charges.
Conducting themselves in a lawful and non-disruptive manner. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately without refund for any unruly, violent, or illegal behavior.
For any property left in the vehicle, Toronto Limo Taxi will hold items for 14 days. While we endeavor to safeguard lost items, we are not liable for any loss or damage.
Governing Law
This Disclaimer and your use of the Site and services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
